The search with graphic forms as simple as a line or a dot.

It is a formal, compositional, and emotional exploration. I am interested in exploring how the intensity of existence can be expressed in the two-dimensional space of painting and with the minimum elements.

My works are part of the experimentation I began after learning Chinese calligraphy with the teacher Kunzo Saito. This artistic practice taught me to see in the calligraphic gesture both the movement and the intention, thus rethinking the relationship with my pictorial production processes. Usually, the paintings need a large format to invite the viewer to stop, to remain in front of the forms, and to silence thoughts.

It is precisely this experience of perception that led me to elaborate on some digital resources, in order to share with the public some of those intensities that my training in Chinese calligraphy taught me.

Communicating with the minimum is the challenge of my work.
